Balancing between being informative with you (the audience), protecting the ministry work, the workers involved and the people who are being reached (target group); Refuge 142 utilizes a "need to know" approach with its audience. Information may be edited, altered or deleted as necessary to protect and better serve the target group. We ask the following:
